About

Animations

As you may know, we use quite a bit of 2-D and 3-D animations in Forensic Files®.

Using animation is a great way to demonstrate complicated concepts.

In the episode entitled “When the Dust Settled,” our 3-D animation shows how the lands and grooves of a gun are imprinted onto a bullet.

See how information deleted from your computer isn’t completely erased, but is stored on your system’s hard drive.

Our 2-D animations are created using actual documents from case files, from autopsy reports, to handwritten ransom notes.

Watch for our animated sequences in some of the great episodes we have coming up.
